Our Philosophy

• Winning isn’t everything; showing your commitment by giving your best is what really matters.
• The team is always more important than any individual. However, everyone deserves to receive coaching in line with his or her individual needs.
• The capability for improvement resides within everybody (including the coach!).
• Respect your opponents and the referee. They are learning also. They should always be clapped off the pitch.
• Supporters should encourage the endeavours of both sides and this encouragement should be positive and constructive.
• The game is ultimately about fun and friendship.

This should be understood and agreed to by all involved – coaches, children and parents.
